|1) Lunar Eclipse||When the Earth gets between the Sun and the Moon
casting a shadow over the whole moon, causing the moon to seem to

When the Moon gets between the Earth and Sun casting a shadow on part of the Earth. From this shadow on Earth, the Sun appears to “go out”.
|3) Neap Tide||
Less Extreme tides which occur twice in a month
and are caused by the Sun, Moon, and Earth forming right angles.
|4) Spring Tide||
More Extreme tides which occur twice in a month
and are caused by the Sun, Moon, and Earth forming a straight line.
|5) Solar System||
A star, its planets and moons, and
all other objects which orbit around that star.
|6) Light Year||
The DISTANCE light travels in one year. During this one year of time the light is traveling at the speed of light.
|7) Galaxy||A large grouping of stars, solar systems, dust, and gas that are held together by gravity.|
